New Patients
A $40 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. After receiving your request, we’ll send a secure Fygaro payment link.
Your deposit is credited toward your appointment fee and applies whether you are self-pay or using insurance.
Returning Patients
No deposit is required. Choose your service and preferred time, and we’ll review your request and send confirmation.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Please pay your deposit at least 48 hours before your appointment to secure your time.
With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. For changes or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, the deposit is forfeited. Emergencies are reviewed individually.
